Existing spec samples are free (buyer pays freight). Custom samples require tooling fee, refundable upon bulk order. Sample lead time: 7–15 working days, rush: 5–7 working days.

Yes. Send drawings (PDF/DWG/STEP) or samples with key dimensions, material, hardness, and quantity. We provide a solution and quote within 24 hours.
What is the bulk production lead time?
